About Me
Hello, hello! I'm Madiha Munawar, the ultimate makeup junkie.
I developed a passion for makeup at a very early age and have to say that my biggest influences have been my female cousins. They are all older much older than me so they had been using makeup since before I was born. I always looked up to them, was always intrigued by their different makeup looks, and often found myself rummaging through their drawers when they were not around. Fortunately for me, the high school I ended up going to offered an Aesthetics course which turned out to be a great experience.
However, I never actually thought of pursuing a career in cosmetics until the time came for me to pursue a post secondary education. I am now a graduate of the Cosmetic Techniques and Management program that is offered at Sheridan College and have to say that it has truly been one of the biggest blessings in my life. The program has provided me with invaluable knowledge, skills, as well as experiences in makeup, hair, nails, and skin care for which I will be forever grateful.
Over the years, I have continued to expand my horizon and currently provide a wide range of services such as makeup application, hair styling, nail design, waxing, etc. Not only have I provided services for the public but I have also participated in countless professional photo shoots as well as professional video shoots. Currently, I am not only expanding my freelance business but am also doing hair and sometimes makeup for various shows and productions at Rogers TV.
If someone had to pick two qualities about me, I am pretty confident that they would pick perfectionism and cleanliness (you could say that I am a bit of a germaphobe). If they had to pick a third, they would pick amiable.
